A Metar is a weather code used at airports. The Metar-Decoder changes the Metar-code into a weather report for everyone to read. It contains a lot of functions, a full metar report can be decoded except remarks. All possibilities and exceptions in Metar are known, and correctly decoded. Language is German and English.
