var fDesc=new Array(); fDesc[0] = "“The Apprentice L.A.” is the second edition of “The Apprentice" series. Once again, it puts you to climb on a corporate ladder to become Donald Trump’s apprentice. You’ll be representing marketing, customer service and manufacturing savvy, in several businesses challenges. The whole idea of the game is to reach the summit of the corporation, with the approval of Mr. Donald Trump. If you failed on any step of the ladder, you’ll just be fired and the game is over for you. But if you win, on the other hand, you'll become Mr. Trump's apprentice.
The game is organized by “levels”, in which Donald Trump evaluates the teams. In the first level, your objective will be to make the most profit in the sushi business in Los Angeles. Basically, in this basic level you’ll be the waiter in a sushi restaurant. People keep coming for their sushi. Once you get them the menu, they want to order. Then, they want their food, and finally they want the bill! Everything has to be made fast and right, otherwise the customers will be mad and won’t tip you well.
When you first enter the game, you’ll see the welcome screen, where the following options are shown:
- Play: This option leads you to the first level of the game, commented above. Before you can start playing, you’ll have to set up some options:
- Player Name: you’ll have to choose the name you’re using as a player.
- Team name: there are several teams with which you can play. The list contain the following names: Versacop, Protege, Apex, Mosaic, Magna, and Net Worth. You can see the members’ profiles to make your decision.
Once you’re done with this, you’ll be seeing the introduction to the season, where a comic version of Donald Trump explains to you how the game works. This time, he’s accompanied by his son and daughter. You can skip this introduction at any time.
- Options: this is the menu from which you can set some game options like sound volume, music volume, and full screen mode.
- Help: it leads you to a cards-styled help.
- High scores: lists the records of the players.
- Exit: no further explanation required.
