Generalized pv model.mdl in Title/Summary
PPStat
The package supports a specification of such models via a formula, which can be used to express a number of different transformations and filters of the basic processes that enter into the predictor. The data structure supports observations of one or several independent point processes, whose intensity can be given in terms of its own internal history as well as additional covariate processes.

tpsSuper
tpsSuper performs a least-squares orthogonal generalized Procrustes analysis, unwarps (using the thin-plate spline) the images for each specimen to the consensus configuration, and then averages the unwarped images. The program can now unwarp and average to an arbitrary configuration of landmarks (see the tpsTree program) and to a fixed reference.
