ViewFax

WINGRIDDS
WINGRIDDS is a Microsoft Windows 32-bit implementation of the DOS-based PCGRIDDS application. The program allows the user to view meteorologically significant fields of gridded observation analysis and numerical weather prediction model output (GRIB files). The fields are displayed in either contour or vector format, whichever is appropriate for a particular field.

zyGrib
zyGrib is a visualization program for meteo data files in GRIB Format 1. The program can automatically download from IAC (fleetcode) data. You should select an area, a grid mesh, and the meteo parameters you wish to see, for a period of up to seven days. This data is generated by mainframe computers, who run weather prediction programs every few hours, fed with meteo input from the field.
