The Internode Monthly Usage Meter is a free program designed to monitor download usage for anyone on an Internode broadband plan. The 'Daily Averages' box can help you plan and adjust your downloading habits to suit your chosen plan. The usage information is updated automatically every hour with data retrieved directly from Internode's webserver.

Beagle Usage Meter

The graphical desktop meter consists of two sections. The upper green/red 'period' meter, and the lower blue 'usage' progress bar. The lower 'usage' progress bar shows the percent of your monthly plan allocation that you have used so far. The upper green/red 'period' meter shows how far through the plan period (month) you are.

This utility does not show your monthly usage on a real-time basis. Videotron updates its own servers once about every 24 hours. Because of the complexity of the usage calculation system and the costs involved, Videotron is not planning to change this. If you are close to your limit, be careful as your usage could go over without the utility showing it right away.
