Kriging imagej in Title/Summary
ImageJ
ImageJ 1.41is a free Java image processing program. The program runs as an online applet or as a downloadable application, on any Java enabled computer (with Java 1.4 or later virtual machine). ImageJ can display, edit, analyze, process, save and print 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit images.

ImageJ ND Viewer Plug-in
ImageJ ND Viewer Plugin is a free program based on Joachim Walter's Image5D plugin that opens Nikon ND2 files, views them in six dimensions and exports the data to TIFFs or creates an AVI of any dimension. The plug-in will only function if stored to the same folder location as the ImageJ program.

BleachingCorrection
The bleach correction macro for ImageJ corrects for bleaching or intensity fluctuations by normalizing the images of a stack to the same mean intensity. This method only works well if the mean intensity is not altered substantially (e.g. if a bright structure moves out of the imaging field). A ROI can be defined to select a suitable region as reference.

Vesper
Vesper is a program for spatial prediction that is capable of performing kriging with local variograms (Haas, 1990). Kriging with local variograms involves searching for the closest neighbourhood for each prediction site, estimating the variogram from the neighbourhood, fitting a variogram model to the data and predicting the value and its uncertainty.

Micro-Manager-1.3
μManager works with microscopes from all four major manufacturers (Leica, Nikon, Olympus and Zeiss), most scientific-grade cameras and many peripherals (stages, filter wheels, shutters, etc.) used in microscope imaging. Since μManager runs as a plugin to ImageJ, image analysis routines are available within the application. μManager software is available for multiple platforms .

OmniVar
The variogram is a simple tool for analyzing spatial variability. When properly understood, the variogram will allow the determination of adequate sample spacing, and provide the model parameters required for kriging. OmniVar is a very simple variogram analysis tool. Although quite efficient, it should not be substituted for more robust programs where required.
