Recent Files Beta
Being a Shell extension, it adds an entry to the context menu of every folder, from where a list of recently accessed files is shown. Other options are also available. The list of recently accessed files is not always accurate due to limitations of file systems in recording the last access time for files.

RecentFilesView
Each time that you open a file from Windows Explorer or from a standard open/save dialog-box, the name of the file that you opened is recorded by the operating system. Some of the names are saved into the 'Recent' folder. Other are saved into the Registry.
