SdrNetSetup
The easiest way to setup the NetSDR and SDR-IP for manual address use is to connect the radio to the PC using the Ethernet cable and then running the SDRNetSetup utility. The SDR-IP has a user front panel and display and one can set the above parameters using the knobs on the front. The SDRNetSetup utility is still probably faster to use if it is available.
