Gnuplot 4d in Title/Summary
Python - Gnuplot
Gnuplot.py is a Python package that interfaces to gnuplot, the popular open-source plotting program. It allows you to use gnuplot from within Python to plot arrays of data from memory, data files, or mathematical functions. If you use Python to perform computations or as 'glue' for numerical programs, you can use this package to plot data on the fly as they are computed.

GNUPLOT
Gnuplot is a portable command-line driven graphing utility. Gnuplot supports many types of plots in either 2D and 3D. It can draw using lines, points, boxes, contours, vector fields, surfaces, and various associated text. It also supports various specialized plot types.

Gnuplot 4d in Description
Gepasi
Gepasi is a software package for modeling biochemical systems. It simulates the kinetics of systems of biochemical reactions and provides a number of tools to fit models to data, optimize any function of the model, perform metabolic control analysis and linear stability analysis.

JavaProp
JavaProp is a relatively simple program, which is based on the blade element theory. The blade is divided into small sections, which are handled independently from each other. Each segment has a chord and a blade angle and associated airfoil characteristics. The theory makes no provision for three dimensional effects, like sweep angle or cross flow.

JAgents
Agents is a tool for simulating dynamics of selfish users in traffic networks like the Internet. Classical Game Theory has been extensively used to analyse the Internet. However, this analysis is limited to static properties of such models, e.g. equilibria, the price of anarchy, etc. We are interested in dynamical properties. Therefore we apply methods from Evolutionary Game Theory to networks.

REDUCE
REDUCE is a portable general-purpose computer algebra system. REDUCE is a system for doing scalar, vector, and matrix algebra by computer, which also supports arbitrary precision numerical approximation and interfaces to gnuplot to provide graphics. It can be used interactively for simple calculations, but also provides a full programming language

Engauge Digitizer
This open source, digitizing software converts an image file showing a graph or map, into numbers. The image file can come from a scanner, digital camera or screenshot. The numbers can be read on the screen, and written or copied to a spreadsheet. The process starts with an image file containing a graph or map.
